Slowly things are settling in into a routine schedule. Damn, I hate routine =p Lately classes have been sort of interesting, but the philosophy class is still 2 chapters away from the hard stuff... so I'm just chilling =) Watching movies at Sonam's place, hanging out w/ Pakchok Rinpoche and Samten, and playing guitar and practicing wushu. Yup, and that maid sure makes life easy back in the apartment.

Last week I attended a party, or social gathering if you will, over at one of my classmate's place. I felt so old there! Simply because it was like one of those family gatherings that you goto where everyone stands or sits around with a wine glass and some finger foods chatting over trivial matters or personal amusing experiences to semi-strangers. Oh well, guess I have those gatherings to look forward to in 10 years. Suffice to say I made my getaway 2 hours after I got there. Also I dragged Sonam along and he DEFINITELY felt out of place there. Yup, I think I agonized him for 2 hours hahaha =p

Wushu is fun and exciting as always. I guess I'm really into this sport. Why do I do it and pursue to improve myself in the sport the way I do? I think it's because I truly believe that I can excel in this sport of all sports.. and that when I do it brings inspiration to others. I guess that's why I do half the things I do, and maybe my one real goal above all goals in life: to inspire. Weekly I feel myself jumping higher, doing crazier things, learning new stuff with new weapons. It's a shame no place let's you really train like this in the states (at least within reasonable distance from wherever I stay there).

I got sick with dyssentry and a fever for a day last friday. That sucked. Laying in bed or sitting on the toilet agonizing. At least it was only one of those 12 hour things that went away the next day.

Oh, Kaz, regarding your question: "ok question for you ppl: that "connection" i was talking about earlier...do you think its possible to have it with more than one person?" - Of course!! ...is what I would want to say. =p I think it's possible to have it with a few people, but frankly there's not enough time in someone's life to keep that connection or think about it for too long with many different people. From what I see around me, most people has that "connection" with usually 2 or 3 people in their life.. usually not more than 5. Unless they're like utterly insane. And who knows, we might just be that crazy =P

I wonder if you're reading this Brandi, cuz u asked me if I still keep this online, but right then there was a black-out for an hour. Yup, black-outs usually once a day or so in this 3rd world country =p Hope you guys are all having fun at Davis! Frances, you should let Tomi get wasted on Friday!! hahaha, or has he completely and utterly calmed down? =p

Wow, this is like.. the neatest blog I've written.. lol. Until next time...
