had our first basketball practice today with the team we're playing with for the upcoming tournament. i have a pretty good feeling about this team.. =) Most of the guys are pretty good, one guy is a crazy shooter.. hand in his face from defenders and all and he still hits 3s like nothing.
It's pretty cool though, we're being sponsored by White College over here. So we went over to practice on their courts, while taking a break they had juice for all of us.. then they fed us lunch after ^_^ Their head guy also came and talked to us about the college and the coach and they had 3 "trainee players" that they put on our team to see what it was like. heheh.. they've also arranged transportation and what not.. nice huh? =) although the pressure to win is a bit more i guess..
spent the rest of the day chilling out at the Heavenly View in Boudha.. with Sonam desparately trying to convince us to goto town with him.. in the end he ended up staying in Boudha hahaha. here's another pic of my city =P
school starts in 2 days! Back to classes.. ugh.. no more going out 24/7 now *tear* hehehe
